Puyol suffers fresh knee injury

Barcelona defender Carles Puyol is expected to be out for four to six weeks after sustaining a knee injury.

Puyol, 34, was withdrawn in the second half of Barca's 4-1 victory at Getafe and is expected to be out for at least a month.
Further tests are scheduled for Sunday and coach Tito Vilanova is hopeful that the injury will not be long-term.
"Puyol is very important and we hope he recovers quickly," he said. "We always have problems with injuries to centre-halves."
Gerard Pique added: "The situation isn't the best because there are many players out but we can get over that."
Puyol missed Spain's Euro 2012 success with a knee injury and had to undergo sugery.
